Merchant Square is an 11 acre, fully managed mixed use Estate in London’s West End that is currently occupied by nearly 10,000 workers and residents.

The dedicated on-site Merchant Square team oversee an annual events programme, involving summer events during lunchtimes, charity events, food markets and much more.

5 Merchant Square contains numerous facilities for the convenience of the occupiers including dry cleaning, shower rooms, locker rooms, drying rooms, cycle racks, beautician services and also free Wi-Fi across the estate.

Merchant Square is managed by European Land, who are based on the Estate and are currently delivering the next phase of the development which includes 1 Merchant Square, 2 Merchant Square and 6 Merchant Square.

At Merchant Square, we know how attractive our space is for filming and photography requests and as such we are very happy to try and accommodate requests where possible.

Filming and Photography that is for commercial use and/or requires access into buildings or secure areas will need prior approval.
