The lovely folk at Merchant Square Virgin Active are putting on a free pulse class as part of our Halloween spooktacular!

Pulse is lights out, club anthems and good vibes in our exciting and exclusive group exercise class that’s more like going out than working out.

You don’t have to be able to dance, the room’s dark so do your own thing – Pulse powered by Clubbercise®, is all about having fun, feeling fitter and enjoying some banging tunes, from 90’s classics to the latest floor fillers.

After the warm up, it’s time to get your pulse racing and really raise the volume on your favourite club anthems. Those glow sticks mean your arms get a great work out and if you want to keep things low impact, just go at your own pace. Lose yourself in this blast from the past and leave life’s frustrations behind. Our expert instructor guides you through the moves and encourages you every step of the way.
