As a World Champion fitness model and loving family man, Shaun has an inspiring lifestyle that has attracted a loyal audience. When he’s not training hard at the gym (and redefining the “dad bod” in the process), Shaun spends quality time with his wife and adorable son Lucas. Shaun has an enviable and aspirational lifestyle which takes him on adventures around the globe.

He will be taking 2 FREE fitness classes on the Floating Pocket Park on Wednesday 22nd August at 5:30PM and 6.15PM which will last 30 minutes each. Following these classes, he will be sharing his story, philosophies and discussing his top tips on health and fitness. There will even be a chance to meet and take photos with Shaun at the end of the class!
